Clients served: Teenagers and adults

Specialties: Grief counseling following a death, relationship loss or life transition; support during an illness; general counseling for children and adults with stress, relationship difficulties, mild to moderate anxiety and depression. Therapies include narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, visualization, mindfulness based stress reduction.

Individual Counseling:  60-minute individual appointments. Initial intake appointment is 75-90 minutes.

Grief consultation/training: I have conducted grief support trainings and consultation for medical providers, educators and employees. I provide individual consultation and group facilitation/debriefing to assist you in dealing with a loss that has affected your family, place of work or educational environment.

Home or facility bereavement visits: I offer facility or home-based visits for senior clients.

Fees:

Individual or Family Counseling:  Individual appointments. $175/hour.

Consultation: fee negotiated based on request.

Workshop or training: fee negotiated based on request.

Sliding Fee available based on need and openings.

I am in-network with Providence, Kaiser, Moda, United Health Care, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare and United Behavioral Health. Other insurance companies will often pay a portion of the fee for out-of-network providers. I accept credit cards, checks, and cash. Payment is expected at time of service.
